I would like to give not one star, I can't even sell anything, my chats won't go through anymore I think they are trying to get people to pay for upgrade, I'm with Craigslist now, I advise you to do the same, I got 5 Hits already within 2 hours

My wife n I got Robbed. And the people who did it is still advertising Pallets of Junk for sale. The name is B&M Kustoms. They sale pallets of what looks like descent stuff.Until u get home n theres empty boxes. We told them we were doing this for my sister in laws funeral, trying to make a few extra dollars n they had no heart.Sold us a pallet with empty Boxes. They are operating out of a storage company in tulare ,ca.No telling how many people theve burned. And ive tried to work it out by asking for a refund.THEY NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN BY LETGO.

Got robbed by someone on letgo. Kind of sucked. I wasn’t even able to report the user because they blocked me and will probably just continue robbing people. I’m not using letgo again.

An extremely poorly designed site ... users are as mindless as those who designed it (may be the same people) .... DO NOT TRUST ANYONE LOOKING TO SELL ON THIS SITE WITHOUT GETTING CASH FIRST!!!! (Too bad there isn't a ZERO rating available to select!!!)

Your company needs to work on site and app desperately. You’re getting lapped by your competition due to the constant technical issues. And you all know damn well what I’m taking about. It’s ludicrous that nothing has been done about it by now.

Soooooooo STUPIDDDDDDD. I don't even know why they have you set your location when it half a** works! I have tried to set my location 5 times still can't sell anything when I change my location because it doesn't have my location locked in even after I put my new address in. WHAT THE F IS GOING ON!!! and not only that your Photos never appear on the app the same way they appear on the phone. it's cuts a significant portion of your photo off from either the bottom or top or maybe from the left or right of the photo. Which ever part of the photo the letgo team feels the need to cut off with no consideration of which part of the photo is important to show off your product!!! WORST SELLING APP EVER!!! use facbook marketplace there you post your photo's and they look exactly they way they looked on your camera phone on your facebook account and way easier to change your location!!!

Site is a joke. What is the purpose of "FAV" ? You either want to buy it or you don't want to. Put a car on there to sell. Had numerous "is it still available" hits.......then nothing. Had a guy tell me he was coming with cash. Left work to meet him.....nothing. Not just the site but the people using it to . Will find other places too sell my stuff. Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace next up Happy selling and buying folks!
