Ordered a couple things from LETEN last week. When my package came, one item was missing - bummer. Sent them a message and wow, they got back to me fast. No excuses, just a quick "sorry about that" and they sent the missing item right away. Yeah, they messed up at first, but the way they fixed it was great. Good products, fair prices, and customer service that actually helps. I'd buy from them again.
