If you are a teacher , like me, in a niche market, get ready for the run around. the so called students are probably not real. It seems like they are not serious to learn or it's an inside job in which anyone (internal employee) can generate a request for lessons. You buy credits. Students waste your time. They have a get hired guarantee, well , ANYONE can message you and mark you hired. Then you lose credits. It's on you to reach out to them and state you were marked hired when indeed you were not. Isn't it hard enough trying to run a small business these days? I reached out to them and got the old " We'll fwd this to such and such and such " I am grateful that the app exists.. however the success rate , return on investment is unusually low if you factor time and money spent. Please make the people who need lessons accountable. You charge the professionals.. please charge a fee to weed out un serious students. Update it's even worse they restructured how they provide leads. It's very confusing and I get zero leads or I hesitate to pay for someone who's just going to flake anyway.

I'm only giving it one star because I can't give LESS. This apparently is a useless service. I teach scrapbooking, papercrafting, cardmaking, stamping - what I got were 'referrals' (that I'm guessing could've been written by their own employees) looking for painting classes, pottery classes, leatherworking classes - you name it, they got referred to me. I wasted more time trying to write polite responses (in case they WERE real prospects). THEN try to get them to cancel! Impossible. I'm waiting on lessons .com AGAIN to cancel my service.

Lessons.com management saw my feed and sent an email stating that Auto-Refunds - If your quote is not viewed by the customer within 96 hours our system automatically refunds the credits you used back to your account for future use. Get Hired Guarantee - If you do not get at least 1 hire from your first pack of credits, we will set you up to quote for free until you do get hired and recoup your initial investment. Thank you for the responce.

I have had so many fake people sending messages to know about my lasses....Fake website....scam......

Not worth it. Hard to refute the "It's a total scam" reviews. I've "used" it for years (spent very little money as SO many of the "leads" are total crap. Never got ONE single client from this site. Hell, not even a consultation or anything beyond the (very) random, "Sounds great, I'm interested" types of responses. And the company is so dumb that they actually give prospects the canned option of replying with, "Thanks, but I'm going a different direction." Well, then why the flip are you putting yourself out there looking for an instructor, you single brain-celled fertility clinic receptacle?

Lessons.com is a fake company and there are no students. You give lessons $40.00 to get these fake reply’s from “interested” students and it cost $1 every time a teacher would like to reply to that student but you never receive the students contact information. Lessons.com is a complete scam and I have just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please do not sign up with Lessons.com. - Luke

Definitely a scam. I am a yoga instructor and I have been using lessons for months. I get at least 3-4 inquiries a week about my services and the ONLY replies I receive are “I’m interested, what’s next”, even to questions that require a specific answer. Delete your account with lessons ASAP.

Big scam, tons of leads lol, and no responses to my bid for the jobs. I am an art teacher and do not recommend this company to other artists. I only paid once so it wasn't a great loss but multiply it by thousands and it becomes ridiculous. How come this company cannot be shut down? Probably some database that generates fake leads.
