I bought 3 items. The dress was a little small for the size. But it was cute. One was 2 sizes too small and the other was too large. I was surprised because the website said their product was true to size. The website doesn't have a phone number for returns because it says no returns unless you call. So I emailed them and they offered me $12 for $62 in items. Eventually I got $42 offered so I took it. During this conversation, I asked for the return address. I was told Dubai. Hum, I thought FB said they were based out of SC. All that said, the quality was good even though the sizing was off.

I used their measuring system. I ordered 3 tops, all xxl. ( I normally take a large) 2 shirts were too small and the third one was too big. Very inconsistent in sizing.

One of the dresses I purchased worked great but the other one was too small. When I inquired how to return they offered me 8$ and to keep it- which does no good since it doesn’t fit. I asked about exchanging it for a larger size and they said they would send me another for an additional $14.95. The website says easy returns and exchanges but that wasn’t my experience. I should have known better!

Received the dress timely but it is way too small across the bust-I’m average size. Wrote company for an exchange code so I can get the next size bigger although the rest of the dress fit perfectly. (they claim free exchanges) but was told I have to pay the shipping cost of $15.00. Really? That’s free?
