Ordered three dresses and they were all awful. Cheap, thin material that looked nothing like what was pictured. I tried to return them for a full refund, which was $115. They offered $25. I said, “no, I need a full refund.” Then they offered $35. Do not order from Lepyl!

Cannot get the company to contact me for a return. Customer service is terrible. Quality is terrible! Do not order from this company!

I ordered the dress in two sizes not being sure which one fit me the best and would return the one that did not fit - all based on the website’s Return/Exchange Guidelines. Their guidelines were they would provide an authorization and return address (I guessed they meant ‘return label’). When I requested this ‘return address and authorization’ for both dresses as I did not like the way they fit me I had nothing but frustration. Every email back from them was another amount of ‘compensation’ for the dresses and not the paid shipping cost label and full refund. The company finally informed me that the return address is in Dubai and that the shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. I am so sorry you are located in Dubai, this should be mentioned in you Return/Exchange Guidelines, along with you do not pay for returns. I now have to find out how much it would cost me to return these two dresses to Dubai. My one star rating was only based on the dresses themselves, they were very pretty, just did not look the greatest on my body type. MAK

Scam, there’s no site for returns. The dress was not as shown or described. I have sent an email and waiting to hear back. Very thin material so disappointing

Very disappointing. The return policy is fake. Material of two dresses very thin and cheap. Styles on models must be photo shooed because the dresses do not fit like the models pictures suggest. I used the size chart and I am a fit lady. The fit was like a moo moo dress. When asked for return authorization to return products per the return policy they said they would give me $14 of the $80 I spent to keep the items no other communications. This shop is a scam. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. They should honor the return policy and won’t. And the “negative review “ option doesn’t allow you to leave a negative review. Just sends you back to their website.

I need to return two of the four items ($209.18) that I purchased & received Monday. I cannot get in touch with Customer Service for a return form.

Unless you are positive the clothing you order from this company will fit DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 2 dresses totaling $85. They were good quality but did not fit right. I attempted to return them and was told they do not accept returns unless the item is defective, and offered me $15 for the inconvenience. After arguing for a week and offering to pay for return postage, they said it would need to be returned to Asia and would be too expensive. Their final offer was $35 for my inconvenience. So now I have 2 dresses that don’t fit and am out $50. Terrible customer service. In the future I will always make sure the clothing I purchase is coming from the USA!!!!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

BUYER BEWARE!!! I order two dresses. They came later than expected, which can happen. The quality of the dresses is substandard. I have bought Halloween costumes that are better quality. I want to return my order for a refund and they keep bartering with me. I spent $80 USD and they offered me $12, I said I want to return the clothing for a full refund. The response time between emails is many days. They said the warehouse is in Dubai and I’d have to pay the shipping and they offered me $40. I have told everyone I know not to order from this company their claims are untrue. I have reiterated I want my money back numerous times. Very disappointed.
