THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR FREE RETURN POLICY!
I ordered three dresses from them. 1 was too big. The other had a strange fit. I requested authorization to return 2 of them. They require you request authorization before returning. Their website says Free return within 30 days.✈️ They responded making me ridiculous offers $15, then $38 to keep the two dresses I don't want. I paid $79.98 for the dresses. They told me I can't return them because it would cost ME a lot of money to pay shipping to return them. ME? They clearly don't want to honor their promise of free return in 30 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

They do not offer refunds like they advertise. They offer you a very small amount of money to keep the clothes you do not want. This company is a scam, beware! Clothes look cheap and sizes are off. I spent over $100… they offered me $15 to keep the clothes. I wanted a refund, I did not want to keep the clothing I would never wear.

Poor return policy.
Poor return policy, I wanted to return one of two dresses I bought. They would not credit me for my payment or send return label. Very disappointed. Claim they will credit a small portion but not what I paid. Don’t think that will happen. ☹️

Disappointed with the quality of dresses I purchased, try to return them, CUSTOMER Service NOT exist here?
Unfortunately, all 4 dresses I purchased are poor quality, fabric and style far from the website images. Size off like 2 size bigger. I'm trying to return them, Ph number in their website I tried, does NOT accept phone calls! Isn't it interesting. It's so disappointing.Terrible customer service, or no service at all...

Horrible company
Horrible company. Need to return items, don't fit. Lepyl says on site to contact service at website to get authorization for return. Well, there isn't anyway at that site to get authorization. Scam company, watch out!!!

Read the return policy!
Read the return policy! Delivery took over 4 weeks and clothes were not as described. Sizes are not true. Horrible experience since they do not exchange!

Worst company ever!!
Worst company ever!!! Ordered two dress. One didn’t fit and the other had material that was horrible and cheap. Tried to return and they kept on trying to offer me a ridiculous lower amount of money and no return label. DON’T order from this company! I should of read reviews before. All one star reviews are true!!!
