Very poor
Very poor. Still waiting for order over 2 weeks later. Actually 17 days. Company reps are nice but cannot tell when item will be delivered. If not here today contacting credit card company. My cat may eventually love the toy but I can’t order from here again.

Product is cheap
Product is cheap. Paid too much money. I ordered it right after Christmas and received the package two days ago, Jan. 14, Amazon can do the delivery within 4 days. Second day, suction on glass door dried out. Fell off. Do NOT buy these products. I wish I could give a zero instead of a one star.

Shop At Your Own Risk - Leo's Paw is Garbage.
This company has a 'satisfaction guarantee' written on their website, indicating there is 'no risk' if returning the item within 30 days of purchase. What they fail to disclose is that they don't cover return shipping. Furthermore, they don't take returns back to their own warehouse. Instead, they had me return the item to a cat sanctuary located in Denver. The cost of the item was just under $60, which was refunded after multiple rounds of inquiries w/ their customer disservice team. However, I had to pay $30 for shipping, so essentially I was left paying for a garbage product this deceitful company peddled online without any recourse. Shop here at your own risk. They seem to find products readily available on Amazon from Chinese manufactures and just resell them. Instead, go to Amazon - they have much better return policies and are more transparent.

Cheap dropship
Yet another cheap Chinese dropship that sells things that you can find on Aliexpress for a fraction of the price. Will lie to you to say that they are not exactly that, as such they are very shady. Would avoid.
