Product was received in a timely manner and appeared to be well packed. Problem was the price was significantly higher than the same item on Amazon. However, Trust Pilot has agreed to refund the difference. I'm waiting for the refund before opening the package and installing the lights. Trustpilot's Customer Representative has been helpful in hopefully resolving the cost issue. Price match was successfully completed with a refund. Good service from the seller!

Ordering and delivery commitment were spot on. Installing was great and easy to do. Couple of the tops were tough to screw onto the stanchion. The aluminum was not precisely cut to accept it. It’s more of a manufacturing issue. Please don’t get me wrong. I’d buy this product, or any others offered, again.

Ease of assembly made it easy to swap out a light fixture gone bad. My lights are embedded in a stone wall, taking the wall apart to change out the light would have been a major pain in my ass! Remove two screws, cut the wire and I was ready to install the new light. Next, I used my hammer drill to drill a quarter inch hole through the wall for the new wire, made the electrical connection, reinstalled the two screws and the job was done! Next time that I build a wall like this one, I’ll put a small conduit over the wire and make light replacement even easier. Still living, still learning!

I ordered a pkg of 8 from Wayfair towards end of Sept 2023. They were installed by our handyman in mid October. Two of the units stopped working and went out. I ordered replacement units and followed up with customer service. Great service, continued with follow-up by a very dedicated representative. It's rare these days to see such interest to make sure the customer is in good hands. Thank you, Ruby.

PRO: Had the light I wanted (metal with long warranty and beam projection) along with the anodization. They also had the wire nuts for my project at a good price. CON: Delivery was horrible. Received notification from FEDEX of delivery. Three days later it still wasn't delivered! With no expected delivery date. Yeah, the weather was less than desirable, but for a big company, somebody or something could have predicted a date. I know it's not LeonLite fault, but dang, human nature is to blame the entity that sold the product.

Quality made product in materials and finish. Only negative is the poor connectors sold with the system expecting the wiring to be cut and wire nutted at each light location.
