I got a set of 8-Pack Low Voltage Pathway Lights and used 4 of them. They were working fine for the last five months. Last week, one of them stopped working suddenly. Wiring and connection checked, they are all fine and the rest 3 are working. So I contacted LeonLite for the warranty. Italia of Customer Rep. is so responsible after understanding my problem and sending me a replacement one in a week. Thanks!

I reached out to the LeonLite website for support on a path light tat was not working. Italia asked me a few reasonable diagnostic questions and then, when it was determined that there was nothing I could do to repair the unit on my own, she speedily arranged for a replacement to be shipped. Great customer service!!!

Excellent service and quick response time

Very Helpful to me in replacing failed units, offered discount to replace. Would be nice if LED lights lasted longer than 3 year warranty, one out of the three is still working. As this product is a complete changeout, Do you recycle the casings? I have 2 & haven’t put in trash yet. Thanks
