As other reviewers noted, this is a scam. They take your money and never ship out the item. It's fake. Ordered two months ago, never received. Tracking code DZT9387675760US and who knows what that means. Will have to do a chargeback

They lied about it being delivered. They continue to lie to my face. This is the latest comment... We contacted the logistics carrier regarding your order, and they provided GPS scan confirmation proving that the package was delivered directly to your specified address. In light of this concrete proof of physical delivery, we cannot fulfill a request for a full refund or a free replacement. Nevertheless, to maintain a good relationship with you, we are willing to offer a 35% partial refund to mitigate your loss. Please let us know if you agree to this compromise.

DO NOT order anything from them; this is a scam. Almost 3 months after I placed my order, I contacted CS to request an update and a tracking number, but they kept repeating that the order had been delivered. After multiple requests for a tracking number, they said the order was delivered by FedEx and sent me a random tracking number that doesn't exist in FedEx or any other global shipping company. I just filed a chargeback with my bank.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Item was never delivered despite being told it was. They asked for proof and I sent dated and time stamped security footage to show no delivery ever occurred. Still no refund. Scammers.
