Haven't recieved my item can't track it and nobody answers phone number that's listed

This company is terrible. I ordered a custom quilt for my son's wedding. They sent the wrong quilt, then said oh we are sorry, our mistake, we will give you 5% off, then it was 15%. I said no thanks, I want to send this one back, and want my money back. The wedding is passed and you ruined my gift. They then said oh well we cannot give you a refund until you send the WRONG quilt back and pay yourself to send it back, even though it was THEIR mistakes. I have asked over and over for a shipping label to send back the WRONG quilt they sent. They continue to say that I have to pay to ship back THEIR mistake. Do yourself a favor and order from another company.

This is the worst company. Run their address through Google and you'll see that they have over 20 businesses registered in that particular location, yet all of their product is manufactured in China and you'll wait forever for a really crappy blanket that looks nothing like a quilt. Then, when you express your dissatisfaction, they'll blame the factory in China. Then, they'll say that because it was the factory's fault and not their own, you should not be offered a refund. They literally said that because the blanket is just a little crappy and not completely crappy, and because it's not their fault (it is absolutely their fault), I should just keep the blanket and be happy with a $15 refund on a product that I paid over $100 for and cannot use. Awful. I'm reporting this company to the State of Oregon's Attorney General and the federal government for investigation. They are refusing to honor their refund policy and scamming United States citizens, and The People need the start getting angry about this sort of blatant fraud.

This companies return policy is not consumer friendly. You are not allowed to return an item unless it is damaged. We purchased a quilt for our grandson for a birthday present. He received a very similar item from someone else. We asked to return the quilt purchased from Leo Bedding and were told we could not because it was what we ordered and not damaged. That is just a poor policy. We also did not realize this is a business based in another country. The address on the web site is Portland, Oregon. The item we ordered and all correspondence came from China, Misleading.

As another person wrote, their website claims "satisfaction guaranteed" but they don't actually stand behind that promise. When they even responded to that review on this site they have stated: "You can rest assured that we are always willing to rectify every issue." This is a LIE. If you want exactly what is pictured in their listing prepare to be disappointed. Be aware that they take images of actual quilts and create a computer image that is printed on blanket material. It does not resemble a quilt in fabric or feel and should not be labeled as such anywhere on their site. Sending someone a coupon code instead of a refund for a product that doesn't match what was ordered is bad customer service. Buyer beware!

I never received my item, I have almost two months waiting for the package andI tried to contact them but they never email me back so disappointed!!

I placed an order on this website Jan 30th. I received an email 02-01-21 stating awaiting shipment. I tried to call the phone number on the website and it is a non working phone number. I received an email 02-11-21 stating item packaged and will be shipped soon. I received another email on Feb 17th saying it was being packaged and was given a tracking number that doesn't work. Emailed the support team asking for a phone call and they never called, they emailed claiming quality problems should ship next week. The last contact they made was 02-24-21 stating my order will ship next 3 business days with tracking number that doesn't work. I messaged them again on March 3rd no response.

i contacted the company to tell them it did not meet my my expectations. The policy said satisfaction guaranteed. I have to jump through hoops to get my money back. I've since found places in the print that has white spots where the color is missing. Very poor quality.
