I really like the quilt I ordered
I really like the quilt I ordered. It is not true to color as in the picture, but will be fine. Had problems trying to track the order and never did receive a shipment or tracking number, it just showed up. I did notify customer service regarding the tracking ap and received a polite email to be patient, that it would be shipped.

Customer Service and Tracking Number needs improvement !
I love the quilt ! The shipping time was way off ! Their was no reachable customer service,tracking number ran you in an empty circle. I didn't read that it was coming from Singapore! That explains :tracking number some and no customer service !

Good experience and kept me updated…
Good experience and kept me updated until product actually shipped. Was reporting ready to ship for 5 days...but then was delivered....overall good and love the product

The only problem I had was I never…
The only problem I had was I never received a e-mail showing that the product had been shipped and this was a gift to someone and I didn't know if I would receive it in time.

The bedspread looks great
The bedspread looks great! It has a couple of minor flaws which are hardly noticeable. It does not detract from my satisfaction.

The quilt was beautiful
The quilt was beautiful. My daughter loves it. Due to issues with shipping country wide, it arrived weeks after Christmas.
