Not happy!
The product was nothing like the picture that I ordered from, it wasn’t a quilt it was a printed material very deceptive description and this company won’t take it back or give refunds!

We did mention in the description that the quilt is made from 100% Polyester which super soft and silky touch. Because we delivered the correct material on the website, we regret that we cannot accept a return item or refund your payment as requested. We hope this would not cause much inconvenience to you.

Very disappointed in the quilt
Very disappointed in the quilt. Not as pictured and very poor quality. Will NOT be buying from this company ever again. Lesson learned.

Same reason
Same reason as stated before not happy I didn’t get a quilt I received a giant print

Wrong quilt sent
The quilt that was sent was not the pattern on the website. Also the quilt size I ordered was a queen and the quilt I received was smaller than what a standard queen size. I am waiting to hear back from them as to how we can remedy this. So until that happen I can not give them a positive review.

This company uses unauthorised images…
This company uses unauthorised images from websites and other social medias. My original quilt designs have appeared in their website as “ blankets”. Photos were taken from my website and from the website of the quilt company which publishes the patterns of my quilt designs. Leo Bedding have never sought my permission to use these copyrighted images. I have requested the company to remove the images, they claim they have done so, but the images are still there.

STAY CLEAR
Do not waste your money do not buy from this company, the products are not fit for purpose they are of inferior quality the stitching is hit and miss. They have admitted to enhancing the photos on their website to make the product seem better and more desirable, the customer service is appalling. They state that all the items are hand made however I’ve found them cheaper on other sites and been told by the company that they have theirs shipped in from various countries ( so not handmade as stated on their forum).

Ordered a Sherpa and fleece blanket
Ordered a Sherpa and fleece blanket. I paid extra for Sherpa but blanket did not come with sherpa. Very thin. Poor quality.
