I was informed that they only had 1 box…
I was informed that they only had 1 box or half of my order in warehouse through an email, which is fine. I replied to email that I would like to cancel my order and never heard anything after that. I logged in online and sent two messages to cancel order. Next thing I know I'm getting a shipping confirmation. Since the communication and service seems so bad, I didn't want to go through the tedium of trying to call or message more so I'll keep the contacts once I get them. But I definitely won't order again. I can use the contacts but it's the principle of not being acknowledged for any of the 3 messages I sent.
