I have ordered on 7-6-20 now it is…
I have ordered on 7-6-20 now it is 7-27-20 AND HASNOT BEEN SHIPPED!!!! Never had this problem in the past but this is REDICOULOUS! Really IRITATED because without them I can not see, Having to miss work Costing me money and have emailed called (called at 5 EST and said closed at 5PST but still get the voicemail!!!!! Was emailed back on 16th Emailed back DIRECTLY and then on the 18th 21st 24th and then on the 27th (Today) Really iritated because i can't see 6 inches infront of me. Have lost job and seems like NO ONE CARES because NEVER GET REPLY

Please kindly know that we initially contacted you twice since July 7th due to an incomplete address and have not received a confirmation until the 27th. Please kindly understand that we would just want to make sure that your package gets delivered to the correct address. Unfortunately we did not have a phone support at the time of contact since our CS team have switched to a work from home setting. Your order has been shipped out immediately as soon as we received the complete address. However, Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped out, we no longer have control over how USPS handles their deliveries. We're afraid there is a massive delay with the shipping for the past few months now and it greatly affected most of the parcels for our customers as well. We deeply apologize for all the inconvenience. We ask for your kind understanding and patience regarding this matter.Thank you so much for taking the time to share us your feedback. Not impressed with customer service.
Ordered contacts almost a month ago, sent an email informing them I have not received them about two weeks ago, a week ago I received an email asking to confirm my shipping address. I still have not received my contacts, any other communication, or a refund. I would expect communication to go much faster. I had to go buy contacts somewhere else as I can't wait for them to handle this on there time table.
