I paid extra for shipping to receive my…
I paid extra for shipping to receive my contacts faster was suppose to receive the Monday that passed its Tuesday night I’m blind with no contacts terrible company!! The company reply to my review is also a lie I still haven’t received my contacts and it’s already the 6th business day not counting the weekend.

WOULDNT REFUND MY PAYMENT EVEN AFTER RETURNING THEIR DEFECTIVE LENSES! DO NOT BUY!!!!
EDIT: this is the worst company I’ve EVER dealt with in my life. They fought me and wouldn’t return my payment after returning their defective lenses. I had to file a complaint with my credit card to be refunded. This is a horrible company with no sense of how actual business is done. Don’t waste your time or money unless you want to risk it. Can’t stand behind their products and won’t refund the total amount even after returning their products that were covered in sediment and wrinkled. End edit. I’m still waiting for a response from the company to make the horrible contact lenses they sent to me right.

We have a strict company policy to keep our product quality level high, however since contact lenses are mass produced at manufacturer, defective lenses are found in product in very occasional case. Please kindly note that our customer support is only open mondays to fridays from 9 am to 5:30 pm PST. We apologize for the delayed response. Thank you sharing us your feedback. Happy holidays! EDIT: Please accept our apology for the poor experience, we have checked with our returns department and can confirm that we have processed a refund for the returned defective items on JAN 13th.
