Their website indicated 15 pairs available of a D&G sunglass model i wish to purchase, placed the order through the Shopify account, only to be contacted by Lensntrends advising the stock was actually not available. My options then were:- 1. Choose another color with expedited shipping free of charge 2 another frame similar 3. Cancel the order When i asked for the same frame in a difference colour, they then advised they couldn't accept a change against my order. I have requested several times now for a refund of my money as they can not fulfil the sale, to which i have not received any response. a COMPLETE SCAM site

Total scam! After 3 weeks of AI responses to emails and an occasional person reply saying they are waiting on an overseas supplier I requested they cancel my order. No response, so after 4 days i disputed the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Can confirm they have no phone number either, this is a fraudulent business site!

I emailed the company and requested cancellation and a full refund approximately 15 minutes after placing the order—before it could reasonably have been processed or shipped. Despite how quickly I contacted them, the company would not simply cancel the transaction and issue the refund. This left me dealing with an unnecessary dispute immediately after making the purchase. Based on my experience, customer communication and the cancellation process are inadequate. I recommend that prospective customers carefully review the cancellation and refund conditions before ordering and verify that the company’s contact information works. I will update this review if LensNTrends issues the full refund.

They do not have a working phone number and their emails are monitored by AI with generic responses only. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and that is very difficult to do in this day and age. I recommend buying glasses from Lens N Trends if you enjoy having money stolen from you.
