I would love to give this site a higher rating but I have yet to receive my order that was placed on 10/3/26. I have contacted customer service on several occasions and got one update thus far saying that one item is out of stock but the other was available and ready for shipment. I did receive a refund for the one item but I was told that I would receive tracking information on 10/16/26. Today is 10/22/26 and still no tracking information nor update.

Ordered a frame that I would like to return. I have made 3 requests by email as their website says to do for returns and have had no response. Not able to get any answer on the phone only a messages saying no one is available to take your call.

You're selling product that you don't have. It's still on your web site as of now. You didn't bother to reply me back until 10 days after and I have to ask fir it. Seems like your web site is a scam.

My experience ordering Prada frames was good. Mr Conner sent me pictures of the frames I was looking for. He told me that for any reason I did not like the frames they could be returned. When I received the frames, I was not happy with the frames. 1/2 of the frame was much darker. The guilty of the frame was not what I wanted. I returned the frames to the address on the shipping label. The return was shipped on June 27 and received July 2 with a confirmation tracking #. I have not received my credit to my account as of July 12. I have sent messages via email. When can I expect my refund.

Website has many issues. Very slow and hard to use. When I attempted to call them, for two days in a row, someone finally returned my call. Once the item was purchased I did receive the product a timely manner. I decided to return the glasses frame. It took at least three request to get a return label from them. After sending the frames back, and waiting approx. 20 days, I had to call them and ask where my money was. Only then did I get my refund. I will never, never, use their business again and don't recommend them for others.

They did not have my item in stock and took them until I reached out to inquire as to the status to tell me that.

It took 3 weeks to get my glasses after being told they were working on them I found out they had not even received the lenses. They were slow and not above board. Never again’

The Maui Jim sunglasses I received from them didn’t look quite “right.” I’m not necessarily claiming they were fake, but there were some odd things about them that made me wonder. I have 2 other pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses that are almost the same style with the same lenses, and the polarizing of the lenses looked different. They didn’t look as “polarized.” The writing on one of the arms was smudged. Maui Jim has strict quality control, and I don’t think that happens very often. Also, the written model information on the arm didn’t look the same as any of the photos I could find anywhere online for those glasses in this country, Canada or the UK. Furthermore, there was a weird space between the numbers where they show the size of the glasses on the arm that’s inconsistent with any of my glasses and any of the numerous ones that I saw online. I called Maui Jim, and they said this company isn’t an “Authorized Dealer,” and they couldn’t verify if they were authentic and wouldn’t honor any warranty for the glasses. This company claims they buy their inventory from “authorized sellers,” but Maui Jim says that doesn’t mean anything as far as they’re concerned regarding authenticity. I can’t say that these aren’t real, but they seem odd. They assured me that they get them from legit sources, and they’re real, but they agreed to refund my money. They were hesitant to pay for return shipping, but when pressed they agreed. In the end, I got my refund and it’s all good. From now on, I’d rather spend more at an Authorized Dealer” to be certain I’m getting a genuine produce that will give my eyes the UV protection I’m looking for. I’m not saying they intentionally sell fake products. I just didn’t trust the specific pair I happened to receive.
