Like most I gave Lens.Com a 1 because 0 (zero) was not an option. These people mislead their pricing. It's shell game. Not only that but when you finally get thru all the bull**it they even sent me the wrong lenses. I sent them the prescription and they don't even have the availability of those Lenses period. They charged me $782.00 for the 8 boxes. I opened one and called my doctor and she figured out they sent the wrong lenses. So when I got my return info they would not take back the box I had opened even though it was their mistake. At this point all I wanted was my money and move on. So i finally get a credit on my card for $146.37. WOW! what they owe me as a refund should be around $685.00. Now I am on the phone with someone that does not speak clear English trying to get the rest of my money back. Been on hold for 30 minutes and still not resolved. I think what I will do is call my credit card company and just refuse the first payment. I'm wore out trying to get these bunch of crooks to do right. Save time and money. Buy somewhere else. If I do not hear from you today I will have my credit card reverse the charges.
