Easy to order and the most affordable

Absolutely stay away from this horrible company! I’ve ordered contacts from them in the past and I will say, every time I submit the paperwork for the rebate it’s months and months before you receive your rebate. Super annoying and definitely frustrating but not the end of the world but this company has actually reached new levels of deceit!! I ordered contacts and waited 3 weeks watching the order sit in San Francisco so I contacted them and boy, if you want to experience soul-sucking, time-wasting imbeciles, talk to their non-existent customer service! They are completely inept and actually refuse to do their job. I was told they couldn’t give me a refund until 30 days have passed because it was an international order, I live in Hawaii. Then I was told I lived in a US territory…still live in Hawaii. Finally, they just said, “we can’t do anything about your order until it’s been 30 days.” No where on their website does it say you’ll have to wait a month until they actually help the customer. Look, I just want my $299 back for 4 boxes of basic contacts. I’m certain I’ll have to wait another 3-4 weeks before they actually issue a refund, if I received one at all. This is not a reputable business and a customer should NEVER wait a month before any action is taken by their customer service. They keep informing me that they’ll “resend” my order at no charge to me. Wow, that’s big of you considering I paid for shipping! I just want my MONEY and my life back, not filling out tons of paperwork with nothing being done. When I request to speak to a supervisor the person just dodges my request. I finally had to dispute my purchase with my credit card because I could see that this company has no intentions of refunding my money! Stay away from this scammer business and perhaps if they didn’t outsource their services they wouldn’t have the many negative reviews!! Trust me the contacts are over priced, their bait and switch rebates are ridiculous, and their non-existent customer service and failure to deliver a product is a deal breaker. Lens.com you SUCK!
