I will never again order from this company, What they advertize is a great price, lower than any others, but as you go through the process, costs are added and added. But! There's a rebate! My rebate was $290. To get the rebate, you have to cut out the UPC labels on each box (I had 8) and mail them in with the rebate form found on the site. I sent them in with a return receipt from the USPS, so I know the date they were sent, which was 2 days from date of delivery. Eight weeks later, I got an email that my rebate was accepted and to please allow 2-4 months to process. I called at 2 months, 4 months and then again at 6 months to see where my rebate was. I was told it must have been lost by operators whose first language is not English, and who were very rude when there was a problem. I think they hope that customers will forget that they were expecting a rebate and never get it. Two more weeks and I was issued a virtual card for $290. You can only use it when ordering online and some places - Sears, JCPenney, for example - would not accept that form of payment. I was able to use about half of the money for some things that I did need, but ended up trying to spend the rest on frivolous things so I didn't lose it. They also put an expiration date on the card, which I don't think is legal, and you have until the end of the calendar year to use the credit. This company's ethics are extremely questionable and I will warn everyone that I know not to use them.
