Awful service and refunds
I only ordered 90 days worth, so I am only out $100, but if you open one of the boxes that contains the 90 day supply they will NOT take them back. I have a ticket for when I submitted the order, they said they verified it, and they SENT ME THE WRONG contacts for my left eye. I was driving down the road at 5 am and noticed ONE of 90 contacts was not right it was PLUS 4 instead of NEGATIVE 4, so for that reason I tried to return the other two 30-day boxes and they would not refund. This company is trash, I sent my prescription and they still messed up my order. Like I said $100 was my cost for 90 days of the wrong contact, but they didn't care and hence do not work with someone that takes days to respond. I ordered my contacts 11/14, they arrived to me a month later. I ordered my contacts from 1800Contacts who sent them out within 3 days and had ZERO problems with their orders. Buyer beware Lens.com is awful.
