LenPick, besides Jesus, has been like a Savior to our church. They stuck by our side for over two years until we received funding. If you're reading this and on the fence about using LenPick let me tell you by all means, "Do It!" Before using LenPick, my church attempted to secure funding for a construction loan on our own and via another broker, only to find out that churches have a hard time securing construction loans; since we're a non-profit. Let me tell you LenPick stuck it out with us, and even when facing adversity they did not waiver. Once LenPick secured our funding, they advised and reviewed our paperwork before we submitted our application and deliverables. When I say they worked by our side I mean it, it's nothing like having those extra sets of eyes assisting whenever you're attempting to secure these types of funds. We are eternally grateful for all they have done.

If you need some solid help getting an SBA loan, LenPick is where it's at. Porsha was awesome – patient, creative, and really clued in on what I needed for my business plan and loan. I'd definitely go back to them, and I'll be telling all my friends, family, and coworkers who are thinking about starting a business to check them out too.

The process was seamless and LenPick was able to secure a loan for my business to help start building the all important business credit. Top of the Line business!

My experience with LenPick, to this point has been excellent. Very informative and professional. Willing to go in to help their clients. I've been pleased with my experience, so far, and look forward to working with Porsha and her staff in the near future.
