It turns out that the battery that I purchased from Lenovobatt was defective. My IT person tried several times to connect the battery harness to the motherboard. The clip connection was loose, and the battery was of poor quality. I ended up throwing the battery in the trash. I considered dealing with Lenovobatt for a credit or replacement battery an impossible task. I sent numerous emails before receiving the battery that were ignored. It has been a very negative and costly experience.

Terrible battery. Held a charge right after it was installed but never again after that. Computer will only work now if it is directly connected to power.

The bear you sent me looks like a returned battery. No covers on the connectors and it looks like it was rerouted. also, very poor poor way of sending the battery by US mail with no notification to let me know when the battery was gonna get here

The battery didn't work and was already used. I had the paperwork of the last customer who returned it. The battery was sent directly from them to me. I attempted to contact you months ago to get a return but haven't received any communication back. I will never deal with this company again.
