Website was accurate, shipping was faster that expected considering, and the battery was a perfect fit for my Thinkpad X1 Carbon (6th gen). So far the battery has lasted as well as the original. Given that Lenovo no longer supports this model I believe that Lenovobatt is a viable alternative.

6 days to recieve, and not much of an improvement
Ship time was decent considering it was air mailed from China. However, the batter only lasts 2 hours. This is only an hour more that the old one. A new battery should last between 4-7 hours.
The battery arrived 215 Charged. Fully charged it, and it only lasts two hours max.

I'd give LenovoBatt 6 out of 5 stars!
First off, I live in Hawaii so I wasn't sure if my battery would even get here. But it did and it works perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased. In my opinion, this company should be the model for all others to emulate. The communication was excellent, the delivery was timely, the packaging was exquisite, and the fact that it came with all the tools I needed made for such an awesome experience. I cannot believe I received all of that for the price, it was such a fantastic value.

Delayed delivery and poor customer service
Promised delivery in 3-5 days. Delivered in 9days, by then I had already made other arrangements. Did not allow me to cancel the order after promised date and before delivery
Wanted me to pay for return shipping to get refund, for no fault of mine. Stopped responding to email. Very poor customer service.

Better than new battery capacity
Went with a replacement battery from Lenovobatt.com which was about 50% less than others. Battery arrived on time and well packaged with all necessary tools (plus extras). Fortunately, there's a YouTube video for my Lenovo Thinkpad 395 which included entering BIOS and down powering the laptop prior to installation. Removal of the back cover looked easy in the video but the front edge (opposite the screwed portion) was stubborn and had to be carefully worked for some time before it finally popped off. Almost gave up not wanting to break it. Rest of installation went well. The video had you plug in the ac power to turn back on. The laptop went into DOS mode at first but after a few seconds, and following a prompt, started normally. My Lenovo app has a Battery gauge reset function to improve power level accuracy which took many hours of not using it but sounded appropriate based on instructions for such in the installation manual. According to the HTML battery report generated in DOS mode, I went from 38,652 mWh to 51,690 mWh fully charged from an original design capacity of 48,100 mWh system. Impressive and worth the effort.
