Wasn't clear if I was approved for about a week.

Seems kind of silly to send a request for a review before ensuring the funding has actually arrived in my account... Being fair, the application process was fairly easy (A list of required documents before beginning would have been even more helpful!), and customer service follow-up toward filling in missing pieces was prompt and friendly.

Worked to find a loan, but the interface made it confusing whether or not I had found any, and I got several emails from various lenders who could not match me, making me unsure whether or not the loan I thought I'd secured had actually gone through.

I received a loan response from one lender with pretty high interest rates and then had to wait 4 days for funding when I needed the money sooner. I was not told before hand that it would take that long. I was told that it would be on its way soon after approval and that I should “sit tight”. 4 days is not soon.

The funding process was pretty simple, fast, and easy. I would certainly recommend them to a friend.
