Very spammy company. There's a guy named Patrick Mingione who keeps asking me if I have other offers, but fails to send me an actual offer. You don't make a deal by asking questions (and sending repetitive emails/texts) , you make a deal by sending an offer and if I like it, I accept it. Stay FAR away from this company. Very suspicious!

Specifically state no MCAs. Their abusive agents try to shove 100%+ APR MCAs down your throat. Carson continued to ignore my requests and reminders. Stay away. Loan shark people.

Lendtek makes unsolicited contact. In addition, their emails do not contain clear and easy way to opt-out of receiving future emails. This is a violation of CAN-SPAM Act. Their practices are shady and illegal, this will be reported to Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I have also made several requests to stop contacting me and unsubscribing from their list with not avail.
