I tried multiple times to open an account on an existing loan: the app accepted all input but refused to accept my agreement to accept conditions. If Lendmark does not want customers to have access to loan information why offer an Account App? I am a U.S. Disabled Veteran, would you rather I go to the U.S. Attorney General's Office to find out what the problem is? Your ratings can not get any worst but a Federal investigation might cause a very different problem?

Do not ever do business with this company! They are crooks! I hate that I ever did business with them! Worst company ever!

Waste of time!!! Was pre approved then when all information was gathered told me they weren’t able to approve me. Steer clear of this company they are a joke!

Waste of time …after gathering my personal information …said I was approved .. Trip asked me if I wanted to get a lien on a car that I own to get a higher loan amount I declined the offer I didn’t not say I wanted a title loan I requested a personal loan … however he said I could get $3500 personal loan so I accepted the cash amount then they denied me the next day.. now they have all of my personal information …I was actually relieved because denying me only helped me out because the interest rates are 35% and that is tooo high..he wanted my car and when I said no thanks everything changed.. don’t waste your time there are better options out there if you need a loan..

If I could give anyone a piece of advice I'd tell them not to get a loan from this company. I've made my payments and my principal balance does not go down.

Stay far away from Lendmark Financial. They practice predatory lending, sneak hidden insurance fees into your paperwork without explaining them, and will trap you in a high-interest cycle where you pay back the full loan amount but still owe exactly what you borrowed. Their customer service is completely unethical. They lost my vehicle title, never informed me, and delayed reordering a duplicate for a month and a half. When you call the branch for updates, they are incredibly rude and unhelpful, and will literally forward your calls to avoid talking to you because you're trying to resolve a title issue instead of giving them more money. Yet, if you need a few extra days on a payment, they turn around and use aggressive harassment and repo threats. They do not care about helping you; they look for people in tight spots and exploit them. Do not lend with these people.

Great for getting a loan, terrible for having a loan. Due date on 5th, grace period to 15th - but harassing calls start on the 4th even when you tell them exactly when it will be paid AND stay true to it. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid totally - I personally do not have a loan through them but two loved ones do - they are relentless even if you do play by their rules.

This company is terrible! If you get a loan from them, make sure to pay them. Garnishments, court or anything else they can do to get their money. I regret going through this company! No matter what is paid to them, they still rack up the interest keeping you indebted to them!
