Joseph B.
They got right back to me, and what they said I was qualified to get is what I got. Process took 3-4 weeks just like they said. Communication was good - I think it could be a little clearer with a single point of contact and a little better list of what you would be expected to have ready. Overall great experience.

At times the process flowed smoothly, and at other times it didn't. Overall, it went well.

Received good support from Lendistry team especially Max But I was surprised to see $6000 reduced from the loan amount as processing fee.

The tech is better than most and the customer service is prompt. The data validation process leaves a lot to be desired. It seems a preliminary review by an underwriter upon initial completion would help resolve questions that took many times to clarify with customer service but which had little (possibly no) impact on approving the underwriting process to proceed.
