I was told loan would have a fixed interest rate, but that wasn't true. My loan ended up being a variable rate loan.

I was happy to get approved but before I signed I specifically asked about this loan going on my personal credit. The rep said it would not. After I received my funding about a week later- I get an email advising me of the complete opposite. I am totally disappointed. Today another rep basically said in an email reply it was too bad their policy changed after the fact.

We wired funds to pay our loan in full 7 days ago and still cannot get the amazon lock removed or a payoff letter from them. I have called and e-mailed 15 times at least with no answers. Horrible Customer service!

I am very disappointed that there is not a portal where I can service and view our business loan. Also, the payment date inflexibility is very hurtful to our cash flow along with the lack of original documentation showing those terms before the loan was agreed to.

Horrible customer service and experience. Tried calling many times during posted business hours and the voice recording will tell you it's "after hours" or put you first in the waiting queue never to be answered. Took many, many weeks to get a decision of which by the time I used a different provider so all Lendistry could provide was ding to my credit score. What a joke, only consider using them a last resort but better yet run the opposite direction.

These guys are really difficult to deal with. I sent 4 emails to the person designated as my account rep but never got a response. This was when I was proactively reaching out trying to address a payments issue with my account. In the end I gave up. Plenty of other options out there. My advice is to look elsewhere.

They sent a loan proposal of 45 thousand dollars so I decided to apply, they asked for some documents and I sent them, one day later they said that for approval I should cancel my account with a partner who worked with me for a year Payability, I tried to make sure it wasn't canceled but they said that in order to finalize the 45 thousand dollar agreement it was necessary to cancel, so I did so, three days after I canceled already having difficulties to continue buying inventory, after all, payability was the one helping us. , they wanted to lend me just 10 thousand, which would make my operation unfeasible, they caused me a big problem and days without buying products due to irresponsibility and lack of words... worst company I've ever seen

I am extremely disappointed with Lendistry and the entire loan application process. After six long months filled with endless document submissions and countless emails, they have come back to inform me that my loan, which was supposed to be backed by the SBA, has been denied. The lack of communication and transparency from Lendistry was frustrating. Each request for additional documents seemed like a step forward, only to be followed by weeks of silence. When I did receive responses, they were often vague and unhelpful. This experience has been a significant waste of time and effort. I trusted Lendistry to assist me in securing this loan, but instead, they have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend Lendistry to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient loan process. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
