My name is Monica Robinson. How I got this loan through Upstart. It was from a advertisement brochure they sent me. It came at the right time because I was thinking about doing a loan I just did not know where to do it. I put in for the loan and spoke with a representative and gave me a variety of different amount of loans. Which I liked, because I could choose of how much. I needed. He was patient, nice and understanding. I had another representative help me with my email who was also patient, very understanding and he stayed on the phone with me till he had it done. Matter of fact he told me he was going to stay on till he got it done. That made me feel so good, that he did not leave me. And I apologize for not remembering there names. To all of the representatives at Lending Tower for keeping in touch to see how everything is doing? I would recommend my family and friends to Lending Tower great hospitality. Thank you

Initial process applying online seemed easy. After filling out ALL of the information you get a screen that says, "more information required. An agent will call or Call this #. After speaking to the agent your loan options will be displayed here. (i.e. on the webpage)" I opted to call the 800# and that's where everything went downhill fast. They asked for all the same information I just input into their website, scheduled another call for me to talk with someone else, then the someone else said they didn't have my information, then, "OH, we have your information, it was something on our side." Once we cleared that up it was more questions for information either input into the website or that the previous agent collected. At this point I requested they withdraw my application and went to SoFi. The entire process applying, getting approved with SoFi took 8 minutes! Yes, 8 minutes.

The process was fast and trustworthy. The interest rate is reasonable. Vey professional, helpful and knowledgeable agents. Thank you.
