All was great except the surprise of a high loan fee. It was around $700 just to get the loan

3 stars to indicate neutral. The person I talked with was professional and not terribly pushy. I was offered a loan at an interest rate that was still pretty high. Then I was offered a loan where they pay my credit cards and the accounts are closed. Thank goodness they were decent enough to explain that they would not be paying my creditors for some months and I would thereby get a delinquent payment history adversely impacting my credit. At that point I immediately said no, no, no thank you and good bye.

Very upset
I signed up but decided it was not for me. I called and left a message to cancel the contract after no response. I called again the next day I was told that my message was received and the contact will be canceled. I was also told someone will call me back. About 30 minutes later I received a call and he was trying to get me to change my mine. I asked him to sent me proof that the contract was canceled he said, that it could take up to 7 weeks to receive an email. Today after one and a half weeks, they tried to pull $606.00 out of my checking account. I called again today and left a message no one called me back. Please send me confirmation that the contract has been cancelled. If not I will send a message everyday requesting confirmation of the canceled contract.
