Extremely easy, everyone worked diligently to close this deal! Used other lenders before LendingOne but I will use them again as they are much more professional!

I recently applied for two loans with Lending one. First went great. the second lead to me losing money from appraisal after I was explicitly told that only thing left to do was the appraisal. I was attempting to do a refinance. when doing the refinance the loan officer I worked "Marc" was great. Then things were sent to underwriting. I sent in a lease and receipt of deposit stating it's an LTR. Two documents showing long term rental. For some reason this Refi it wasn't enough. Out of the numerous complaints the one I disliked the most was them asking me to get my tenant to be involved in a loan that has nothing to do with them. They wanted me to remit payment of first month and security deposit. Just so they can see it in my bank account rather than the legal way I chose to do it. This lead to me losing money and time while closing on my home. I was able to complete this process with another lender with no problems. So clearly this is to say their underwriting team treated me unfairly asking for extra documents and proof that they don't ask of others but me. To take it a step further. I closed on a loan with them just recently with the same type of loan. This was approved. Nothing of sorts was asked. But this time extraordinary things was asked of me for no apparent reason other than their disbelief that my tenant paying me money thats a communication between the landlord and tenant. Although, I showed them proof of lease and security deposit. This was enough. They wanted me to refund the tenants and tell them to only send money to my bank account essentially which is not how I do business. They had no backing to have me do something like this
