Overall good experience. I’d use them again
Great up front terms that didn’t change. Quick close in 19 days from start. Good rep and project manager. My only complaint is that I didn’t get the closing docs ahead of time so I had to spend 1 1/2 hour reading them at the close. That was stressful and we missed a couple of signatures so 3 days later still waiting for the funds. Not happy about that.

Much improvement needed
Dominic my point of contact was useless. Didn’t take the initiative to explain things I should have been aware of before entering the contract then when it came time that I needed the information to proceed and asked for it he did a poor job explaining. Also their construction team makes it a point to nickel and dime every reimbursement despite the fact that everyone relies on the reimbursement to finish the project.
