1-Star Review — I Would Not Recommend Lending Force In late July, I was contacted by Bryan about refinancing my home. He was initially very friendly and accommodating. He repeatedly emphasized how much money he was saving me and said that most of his loans funded within four to twelve days. Mine was supposed to be a bank-statement loan. After approximately three weeks of submitting everything requested, I received the closing documents. The payment was higher than what we had discussed. The first option presented to lower it was removing the taxes and insurance from the payment. The second was changing it to a 40-year loan. A 40-year term had never been discussed with me, and no one explained the change before sending the documents. Finding it in the paperwork made me feel that the process was not transparent. I raised my concerns with Bryan and Angelo and told them I was no longer comfortable proceeding. I began shopping around and found another loan with an interest rate 1.6 percentage points lower and lending fees approximately $6,000 less. Bryan then texted me that he did not appreciate my shopping around and was offended that I believed he had not been transparent. As a consumer making a major financial decision, I had every right to compare lenders. During the process, Bryan instructed me to pay $200 to a CPA for a document required for the loan. I also paid $750 for an appraisal through Lending Force. When I requested a copy of the appraisal, Bryan said it was not his decision to release it and that he would send my request through another channel. I never heard from anyone afterward. To date, I have not received the CPA report, the appraisal, or receipts and supporting documents for the $950 I paid. My loan has now funded through another lender, and even after losing that $950, I still saved more than $9,000 by shopping around. They were very nice while they believed I would complete the loan with them, but their attitude changed when I chose another lender. Based on my experience with the unexpected 40-year term, the higher costs, and the failure to provide documents I paid for, I cannot recommend Lending Force. Be a smart consumer: carefully review every page, compare interest rates and fees, and never feel guilty for shopping around.

Are you kidding me, they have 4.4 stars? These guys promised me a loan, assured me it would go through and told me I didn't need to make 2 mortgage payments because I would have new terms. Proceeded to make me pay for an appraisal I couldn't afford. Then never got me a loan, claiming that "they couldn't find another house comparable to mine to get the actual value". Ken even told me he would personally give me the appraisal amount back if they didn't get me a loan in 6 months months, then told me I needed to ask my neighborshow much they paid for thier houses. Then never got back to me. Ended up with a late mortgage payment that has ruined my credit, when I had already had another loan approved through my current lender, but hadn't taken it because Lending Force said they could get me a lower payment. Contacted both Ang and Ken after 6 months and no response. About a year later I get a text from Ken's assistant Ang. I immediately new who it was and he again told me that he had a loan for me and I responded, do you not know who I am? You didn't give me a loan before, and that his boss said he would pay me back. Told him I had all the text messages and emails from both of them, and guess what? No response. Do not trust them at all!

Very shady company; they run a boiler room with high pressure sales tactics. They will NOT stop calling you and mask their phone number.

Desperate company. Avoid them. No idea how these clowns got my name and phone, but they call 5 times a day everyday. They have been told 17 times that I dont need or want their services. Their business model appears to be based on harassment. Recorded the last 4 calls. NC State Attny will be explaining what harassment is to them next. Id pay a higher interest rate verse using them. No way. No how would I ever use this bottom feeder of a company

My information ended up with this company somehow and now I receive at least 3 calls a day. Ask on repeat to be taken off the call list, they laugh and call an hour later. Have been reported to FCC and have a list of dates, times of calls and recording asking to be taken off call list.

This is not for the company but more for an interview with Michal Win. I had one on Monday at 11 am and he choose this. I was 20 minutes early and he was 20 minutes late but ok. We start talking and all he can say is about did you look for anything else but here. No Joke anything but here and then he tells me about ACHIEVE. Apply there because you are too old to work here. Like legit we want someone who lives with their parents because it's going to take 90 days before you get a pipeline. Granted ok but useful information on Friday. Thank you for wasting 2 and half hours of my time Michael. You and I are nothing alike because I show up on time but way more professional than you. My gift to you be more professional and show up on time, if not it just makes you look insecure and stupid.

I receive multiple calls per day. I was very nice the first few times but they are relentless. A rep even admitted that they are harassing me, but still tried to sell me on a loan. Stay far away from this company. I would not trust them with a penny
