Was told could not pay loan it was sent to valley service even though option is available to pay on their website. Was threatened saying that i should not pay loan on their site or I will regret it. If it was paid I would have to pay twice. This is a scam. Customer service are rude people.

Greetings! When an application is assigned to a debt consolidator, all payments should be done through them. If you make any payment using our website and then Valley Service charges you an extra payment, you'll be charged twice. Nevertheless if this happen we will gladly refund you within 2 business days.

No idea how this company has anything above a 1 star review. I filed for a loan on the 17 of July. It is now almost Aug. Have yet to receive funds. They have admitted this is their fault but won't even cancel the loan they have yet to provide. This is fraud. They now sent me an email today for my first payment schedule. I will update with thus fraudulent company if they try to take any funds as I will be filing a police report and a fraud report.

I'm not sure why they have such a high review. Customer service is very shoddy, terrible. The payday that they choose seems to always land the day or two before my actual pay date so of course there are fees for late pay and although they say they can change it, there is still a late fee. AND the service rep even admitted that! Aside from the rudeness and the tactics, this company should not be on trust pilot. Are the customers getting a kickback? A day of free interest or a late pay waived for a good review like the self storage companies?

I was approved had all the documentation sent to me I screenshot it, of it. My payment dates, the loan amount, text messages, everything had it all and then a couple hours later I go back. Everything was denied now I can’t even login. They have my banking information and everything I tried to send emails they have blocked me. I can’t even send an email to the customer support so I guess I’ll have to take this legal way. Don’t trust these people nothing about them.
