Excellent DayZ Hosting and Outstanding Customer Support
I used Legion Hosting for my DayZ server project, which involved extensive configuration, modifications, and custom server development. Overall, I had a positive experience with their service. The hosting provided the environment I needed to work on my project, manage server files, configure mods, and develop my own server setup. What I particularly want to highlight is their customer support. When I had to temporarily suspend my project for personal reasons, I contacted Legion Hosting to discuss the available options. Although they did not offer a server freezing or archival plan, their support team was transparent about the situation and provided useful recommendations on how to back up my server and preserve all the work I had done. I would especially like to thank James A for his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. He assisted me with resolving payment issues, arranging refunds, and finding a solution regarding my remaining account balance. It is reassuring to see a hosting provider that continues to treat its customers with respect, even when they are no longer actively using its services. Thank you, Legion Hosting, and special thanks to James A for the assistance! I would gladly consider returning to Legion Hosting when I resume development of my DayZ project. — Volodymyr Matyuns
