Still linked to deleted old account – credit card blocked, data retained, new-user bonus denied
Bitunix is still connected to an old account of mine that I had already deleted. Because of that link they refuse all credit-card payments. They keep personal data after account deletion. That raises serious privacy concerns and feels completely unacceptable. Support is slow and simply wastes time instead of solving anything. I was forced to use a third-party payment provider – without any clear information how much more expensive it actually is. On top of that the new-user bonus is stuck and unavailable because the system still sees me as an existing user or something. Extremely annoying and unprofessional. I will not recommend Bitunix and advise everyone to stay away if you value clean data handling and working bonuses.
