Looks like another scam site
Looks like another scam site. If you form a LLC via incfile they will list legalinc.com as the statutory agent with the state. However the 800 number on their website is no longer active and the address provided on the registration is a building in town that was torn down. Please avoid incfile.com and legalinc.com. Update - They responded to me. Apparently there is a "bug" in the state of AZ system that switched their address making all companies they represent as "Pending Inactive" in the state. The 800 number won't work if you are calling from a Google Voice number. As soon as they resolve this issue I will provide another update.
