Legal aid doesn’t even deserve one star, especially in British Columbia, but also in Ontario never giving enough hours in the first place, allowing lawyers not to do their jobs including, but not limited to ; file evidence follow rules of evidence, rules of proceedings allowing my case to drag on into jurisdictions for well over a decade. The incompetence is staggering, what do you expect when it’s government funded covering up the crimes and collusion of the ministry of Attorney General and justice departments the law society and judicial council. It is one big cesspool of shit. This is heinous hate crime, collusion, corruption and inadequate and ineffective legal council with people who are lacking insight that are doing the oversight of this garbage organization.

Oh my God, what an experience and I spoke to this man I think his name was Jose. I’m not sure he was so rude. And he was talking about things is so fast that you couldn’t understand his language much as usual. I told him that I felt like I needed to look at look around and check this place his place out in case it was a scam and I told him what happened in a short. And he said he didn’t care about that. He cared about me getting him his money the $19 so he can start processing whatever the hell he was processing people stay away. He hung up on me. now what business company do you know would act that rude he was rude from the get-go and has a smart mouth.

Called seeking help because of divorce. A very rude woman named Denise Davis answered the phone. This woman talked so much about $19.95 for 30 days that I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. She was truly rude and very aggressive. She spoke to me like I was a child. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I wouldn’t be surprised if who they call lawyers are actually just people chatting with AI to give you information. If you are looking for a lawyer to work FOR you don’t look here. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !! They need to be INVESTIGATED!!

Talk in circles. Dont get back to you when they claim they will. Constantly use basic language, and although they don't promise anything, they surely make you feel like you are wasting your time every time you finally talk to someone. My issues are garnishments and bankruptcy. At least in Iowa I wouldnt waste your time trying to get their help. Spent weeks and they did NOTHING!

Gives false hope

They do nothing to get you a lawyer. They do not help disabled people. An absolute garbage service.

Awful place… managers can’t manage a thing. Very clicky, backstabbing do anything to get one over on you… then when you speak up and make a complaint your dismissed the following day!!! They will reject timesheets without advising staff so payday comes around and people haven’t been paid. Messing with people’s finances and livelihoods… shocking company

I was seeking help with a personal injury case and help writing a petition. The guy I spoke to told me that I would hear from someone by the end of the day and it has been 2 days. I paid my $19 and no calls or emails. I want my money back today
