Beware of Legacy Hotel Kissimmee!
Warning!!! Ruthless people who will literally rob you. You'll be a victim between the online travel agency and Legacy Hotel in Kissimmee, Florida. Simply horribe and ruthless people!!! Warning!!! They will rob your payment for full booking if you refuse to check-in, because the travel agency didn't advise you before making the "TOTAL" payment, that Legacy hotel in Kissimmee, Florida will only allow you to check-in after paying Legacy additional hundreds of dollars for charges called resort fees. If you refuse, they'll rob you of the total amount that you paid for the reservation. Legacy puts the blame on booking agency and booking agency blames Legacy for not disclosing the additional fees to the agency. Who pays for it? Who becomes the victim? The innocent person who trusted that the reservation was paid in full, as the receipt showed. They're literally robbing innocent victims. And all 3 people that I spoke with at Legacy Kissimmee, their reservation line and even the headquarters were mafia like scum. I hope that karma will reach all 3 of them.
