She was very personable and professional and guided me to an excellent debt company because I did not fit the criteria for the loan. Gibson CHUANG had the patience of Job. I was hesitant to do this program. He calmed my concerns made me feel like I wasn't goning to go through this alone. I believe him so people start calling me, I'm gonna call on Gibson. He explained everything to me several times different ways until I fully understood it and felt confident. This was a solution to my peace of mind. He was a gentleman. He was courteous and very kind.
