I spent countless hours earning enough coins for a physical reward from the LeetCode store, only to have the entire experience ruined. Their shipping department completely forgot to print my phone number and email address on the shipping label. Because of this missing information, my local post office couldn't generate a pickup code, refused to release the package, and eventually returned it to the sender. The worst part was LeetCode’s customer support. I sent multiple messages explaining exactly what happened. Instead of actually reading them, the support team repeatedly copy-pasted the exact same automated response telling me to "arrange a pickup"—completely ignoring that I was blocked from doing so because of their shipping error. They made zero effort to investigate, escalate the issue, or offer a replacement. The support team functions like a broken chatbot. Be warned before spending your hard-earned coins on physical merchandise.

1 star. Extremely bad customer service If you are looking for a trustworthy platform, do not use Leetcode. Apparently LeetCode is better at designing tricky problems than solving a basic customer-service issue. Leetcode charged $159 for an annual Premium renewal without my permission. Support explicitly told me I was within the refund window and asked me to withdraw my credit-card dispute so they could issue the refund. I trusted them and withdrew it. Then they refused the refund. So LeetCode effectively asked me to surrender my dispute protection based on a written promise, then chose not to honor that promise. That goes beyond bad customer service. It destroys trust. If you're considering Premium, document everything, watch the auto-renewal carefully, and don't assume a written commitment from support will actually be honored.

If you use their service, be aware that their customer service is basically nonexistent. I messaged them multiple times trying to get a refund for a subscription that accidentally renewed and each time I immediately received an automated response saying they can't help me. I'm not sure what one has to do in order to get help from a human.

The customer service is non existent and they engage in very predatory practices once they have you on the subscription. They just keep charging you without notifying you that your yearly subscription is over. When I reached out to them for a refund, they sent me a form and ignored me.

I had a very frustrating billing experience with LeetCode. There was no renewal reminder, and when my renewal payment initially failed, I canceled Premium because I did not want it renewed. LeetCode later retried the payment and charged me anyway. I contacted support several times asking them to review the timeline of the failed payment, cancellation, and later charge. Instead, I repeatedly received generic responses citing their no-refund policy. Even when they claimed to have “reviewed” my case, they never addressed whether the charge happened after my cancellation or provided the billing timestamps I requested. The problem is not simply their refund policy. It is the lack of a renewal reminder and support’s refusal to meaningfully address a specific billing dispute.

I've had a premium annual subscription on Leetcode renewing every year without being aware and only noticed after being charged today. I canceled the subscription immediately and contacted support, but they said they could not give me a refund due to the no refund policy. After checking, it seems that what they're doing is illegal, as California law requires businesses to send a reminder 15–45 days before renewing a subscription with a term of a year or longer. Do not spend money on this predatory business!

A company that doesn't offer refunds for accidental subscription charges knows their product isn't worth the money lol. They charge without notice and don't offer refunds because they know if they did people would mass cancel since the platform is slow and premium isn't worth it.

The premium "web IDE" is an absolute joke. If you write Rust or any language that demands modern tooling, this environment is totally useless, unresponsive, and severely dated. You are paying a premium price for a fundamentally subpar product. But the real scam is their illegal billing practices. I requested a cancellation and refund less than 24 hours after purchase. LeetCode immediately tried to lock me out of my money, hiding behind internal "no refund" policies that flatly violate EU consumer protection law. They force you into bureaucratic support loops and arbitrary "eligibility forms" to wear you down so they can keep your cash. They do not get to override the law with a text file policy. If you are in the EU, they are actively violating your 14-day Right of Withdrawal. It is predatory, illegal, and an absolute cash grab. Take your money elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs.
