Automated renewal with no warning — weeks of silence from support I’ve been a LeetCode user for a while and have no complaints about the product itself. However, my experience with their support team has been deeply disappointing. My annual Premium subscription was auto-renewed without any prior notification or reminder, giving me no chance to cancel. When I reached out to request a refund, I was met with templated responses, redirected to fill out a form I had already completed, and then largely ignored for weeks despite multiple follow-ups. I formally raised concerns under multiple Consumer Right Acts — neither of which was ever acknowledged. Every response I received felt copy-pasted, with no genuine engagement with the substance of my complaint. A company of LeetCode’s size should be able to handle a straightforward billing dispute with basic professionalism. The lack of urgency and accountability from their support team is simply not good enough. I hope this review prompts someone with actual authority to reach out and resolve this properly.

Overpriced and hard to cancel. They billed me for months after I tried signing up for one month. I never used their service. There's better services and this is heavily overpriced.

Not good experience

Leetcode has some pretty deceptive practices regarding billing and subscriptions. They purposefully hide the cancellation and turning off auto-renew. I know this because when I sign up for things like this, the first thing I do is turn off autorenew or cancel. And I couldn't do it. And of course they also don't send a reminder that you are renewing, they just snag your money and there's nothing you can do. What does it tell you about the value of this product if they do that

Spamming clickbait with total contempt for users, their privacy, and their rights. Total disregard for GDPR. Awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Even when I selected to delete my account, they made me wait two weeks, as if I was going to change my mind…and in the meantime they ceremoniously abused my email address with copious amounts of unsolicited email that I never even signed up for. I selected unsubscribe, but still, they just ploughed on with their abuse. They are just arrogant, ignorant, TRASH, with a desperate and deranged culture.

I was banned from the competition after submitting my own solutions. I develop my solutions in a local IDE, test edge cases, and measure execution time to ensure near‑optimal performance. Despite my diligent efforts, I was recently banned. In response to my first ticket, I was told I was banned for using outside code (my templates? my IDE?). In response to my second ticket, after my first ticket was closed without the opportunity to respond or inquire further, I was told that my code was similar to another competitor’s. With over 34,000 competitors, I have no doubt that some solutions will inevitably resemble each other. Customer support has been horrendous. As a CS professor at a highly selective and reputable university, I will candidly share my opinion and LeetCode experience with my students. Furthermore, I have canceled my paid subscription and will no longer support the use of their platform.

Every time I write code and submit; it shows Memory Limit Exceeded or Time Limit Exceeded.
