This is a very bad company to do business with .. and when you ask for your refund they will not give it back.. if it’s something you don’t like about you services then you shouldn’t have to pay for it..

**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Customers Should Be Very Careful Before Paying** My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, and I believe potential customers should be very careful before trusting them with their money. Based on my experience, I felt that the company was far more interested in selling services and generating revenue than in providing customers with fair pricing, honest communication, and genuine value. Instead of focusing on what customers actually need, the approach often felt like an attempt to sell additional services at inflated prices. One of my biggest concerns is the pricing. Let me give you a simple example: domain registration and basic web hosting can often be purchased directly from established providers at reasonable prices. A domain might cost around $15 per year, while basic hosting may cost approximately $30–$50 per year, depending on the plan and provider. Yet customers can end up paying significantly more when these services are purchased through this company. If you are told that you are paying extra because the company operates its own servers, ask for clear evidence and a detailed explanation. I have concerns about the company's claims regarding its infrastructure and its use of third-party hosting providers, including Hostinger, GoDaddy, and Namecheap. Customers deserve to know exactly where their websites are hosted, which services they are paying for, and why the prices are so high. I also have concerns about the company's location and operations. Before paying, ask for a live video call, request to see its actual office or operational setup, and verify the details independently. Do not rely solely on sales promises or a professional-looking website. What bothers me most is the feeling that customers may be charged excessive amounts for services they could obtain directly at a much lower cost. I signed up with Leen Design Studio (LDS) in late January 2026 after seeing a Facebook promotion. Although its sales presentation and agreements appeared highly professional, my experience soon resembled another one-star review posted here. Despite clearly explaining my design (and providing them with desired theme), the first two weeks were wasted on work not requested. The sales representative left shortly after I signed up, and I spent considerable time repeatedly explaining changes to team leader ER and several developers via detailed emails. The relationship severely deteriorated after I discovered over-billing for prepaid eCommerce and maintenance services. I filed a bank fraud claim and received an immediate eCommerce refund, but LDS has not refunded the Maintenance Plan: No maintenance was ever provided: Cloud-based and lower firewall, a backup system and cache security issues were neglected. When WordPress started reported errors involving third-party plugins, I terminated LDS’s access to my site; an additional expense was then necessary to hire freelance developers to correct the problems and messiness LDS left. I learned to manage the site’s maintenance and security myself as well. As a former corporate securities and billing paralegal with more than 20 years of experience, I investigated LDS. When I checked, it was a Delaware LLC in good standing but was not registered as a foreign entity to conduct business in Maryland, where it operates. Owner Sobia later told me she hires freelance developers and does not conduct background checks. Based on my experience plus their rating of D+ with BBB, I cannot recommend Leen Design Studio.

My experience with Leen Design Studios has been greatly enhanced in working one on one with Elvin Reed in the development of Ocala Professional Bookkeeping's branding, website and social media marketing. The best website ever created

What a disappointment, if I could give this company 0 stars I would! I am a Disabled Combat Veteran and have been working on getting a nice professional website up for a while for my brand. I decided to go with Lee Design Studio because they sold me on getting my vision to come to life in 2 weeks and giving a good discount for a Veteran. Well, that unfortunately did not happen. They wanted to build something THEY wanted for me, NOT what I wanted. It looked fine but not what my brand needs. They do not know how to build correctly on a bigger scale for a bigger company. They tried to get me to upgrade and sell me on stuff I did not need nor want. The timeline was 14 days in the beginning but then it was 3 weeks, then 4 weeks, then 5 weeks and now no website completed. They laugh when you have issues and get upset. Very unprofessional in my opinion. On the design aspect they will use Figma which is fine for fast designing and coming from a website background, makes things easier and faster. But I did the same thing and in under 10 mins built what I wanted, which took them days. They had the exact same description that I used. Things like the borders around photos being different shows the inability to attention to detail where it matters. I gave them info like competitors websites to go look at and finally in weeks 3-4 they did but still could not deliver the same kind of website I needed. I followed their direction and bought stuff I did not need. After now being 5 weeks, nothing is complete and looking like a weak branded website, I had enough. After going on recorded lines on many occasions and asking if they did 100% money back guarantee which they said yes of course for any reason you are not satisfied, we will give you, your money back, no problem. Well, I am very dissatisfied and they are refusing to refund me my money. BE AWARE! They just tried to go another week to hopefully make up for what they could not complete in the time they said and not a good website at all. I lost money on the whole thing and time wasted! Plus my clients are still awaiting the website that was promised weeks ago, that Lee Design Studio Promised me! I have built a very loyal brand over 10 years and it makes me look bad that they are still asking me when it will be done! So Yes I am VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED! I want everyone to be aware of this scam! Do not waste your money or time with this company, absolute garbage! If you are looking for a great team and website builders that have great experience and amazing reviews that will build your website in 8-10 days, mine is only 24 hours in and looks freaking amazing. Look for Designocreative or Shopifywebbuilders About the same price but really care and really dang good, and I have not had to buy anything more to make the website, so I know, now Lee Design Studio does not know what they are doing in websites. I hope this helps someone before they make the mistake I did!
