Based on personal experience with Leeloo and other similar companies, customer service and after sales support are what separate Leeloo from the rest. Questions/issues are answered/resolved promptly; and in one instance the customer service even went beyond what was expected. I highly recommend Leeloo over the others.

These funding companies are providing a really good service, from the perspective of allowing people to have a go at trading the markets without losing there shirt. And I particularly like the way Jodie broke the mould from day one, by really humanising the process. Leeloo deserve every success for putting people before profit in those early days. I am with Leeloo since last quarter of 21 and since then I want to tell I am very happy with the customer service and of course they have really the best deals from time to time. Just recently I didn’t even wait much more then 7 minutes for a ticket reply with excellent help. From my point of view one of the best prop firms out there!

I'm new in Leeloo trading, and I really appreciated the support provided to solve the issues faced. I was lost with some issues on both rithmic fees for market depth and need explanation on life sales promotion today. I've been mailing three times to support within the last two weeks and answers came very prompt and clear. Any business can say they put customers first but it’s all too easy to forget those words when a customer actually does need help. Customers are not always right but good companies know it’s right to give them benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. Leeloo did that for me and as a result earned another happy and loyal customer.
