I don’t often leave reviews, but my recent experience was so amazing I needed to share! I hope Leeloo CEO Chris and Owner Jody read this because I want them both to hear me when I say thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Chris, the patience and understanding you provide Leeloo traders is above and beyond the expected!
Recently I had a connectivity issue while traveling, which ended up being an issue on my end. Chris spent over 2 hours on the phone with me getting everything sorted out. He was patient and calm, confident that we could find a solution. What an ordeal! A couple times I was ready to throw in the towel, but Chris assured me we could get my system up and running again and he was right! We kept at it until finally everything was working again with zero problems. Did I mention this was on a Sunday evening?!?! He spent all of that time on a weekend helping me, who does that? Only at the end did I realize I was receiving help from the CEO. What a leader!
Ask yourself, usually how accessible is a company’s CEO? How open are they to engaging with the general public? How much passion have you witnessed from other CEOs about their company, staff and clients? In my experience, the answers to questions above are “hardly ever”. Chris is the opposite of those other CEOs. He is open and ready to champion every aspect of Leeloo - the company, its employees and traders. He is truly the heart of Leeloo. Without Chris, Leeloo would not be the great company it has become! With so many prop trading options out there, Chris and Leeloo’s commitment to supporting its employees and traders is what makes me stay and trade with their funds.

Bad Payout
Good company overall, payout structure is not the best if you go with the investor and the drawdown is too tight in the accelerator. You have to trade 30 days to receive your first payout then once a month after for 3 more months before you can take out more than what they cap you. They really just are banking on you blowing up so they never have to payout. Also because you have to trade 30 day's before a payout you have to pay 2 data fee payments each being 100 bucks.
Edit to reply. I'm referring to the two regular accounts that are reasonably priced. You have weekly payout accounts but at those prices there are other firms with more drawdown and a similar payout structure. The wayyour regular accounts are setup just makes no sense. Why make someone trade 30 trading days before payout. Like why not 20 days as that'd be one month? You force it into 2 months before you can get one payout. If you change that structure it'd be fine, but needing 6 weeks of trading every single day before one payout of a capped amount is very against the trader.

Thank you for taking the time to write. But allow me to make some corrections.
1. Depending on the account type you select, you can have a weekly payout each Tuesday. It seems you selected the account with the once a month payout structure. If you are interested in faster payout options the “weekly wk account might be best for you.
2. We have two PA fee options; monthly $88 or one time Pa fee currently $150 for the live of the PA. Again, you have an option.
3. We are very clear in our website, Knowledge base, and welcome email about our payouts, requirements, and cost.
4. Furthermore regarding the cap you mention is not correct. We welcome you to provide us with your Rithmic id and email us so we can help you understand all your options based on what you prefer.
If you prefer more frequent payouts, then we can guide you to the weekly accounts.
If you want a more affordable options we have many different account sizes to fit your needs.
I guess the weekly account option really debunks your statement about us hoping you blow accounts. In fact, we ask traders to have a budget, take there time, and we even offer entry level accounts called LE Leeloo Entry to allow traders to have very affordable options and take time to grow their skills.

1. Per your reply, if you want faster and more often payouts you do understand we have an account that offers that, BUT your choosing to not buy it.
So your argument is not about how often we payout, because you just agreed we do payouts weekly, rather your argument is price. (Cost)
So to reply regarding cost and you comparing us to other companies. Are you comparing apples to apples?
1. We only have one rule that would cause you to fail, do the others have that also?
2. We run more sales than anyone else including 80% on weekly’s and LL regular accounts (making your argument about cost irrelevant)
3. We actually do payout, whether it be weekly or monthly.
4. The other guys, so they offer a weekly payout structure? With no additional rules and able to trade max number of contracts on day one? Able to trade during news? Able to hold trades at market close? Able to trade at anytime? No daily limit? No consistency rules?
5. We ask that you give an accurate review of our products and please do not mislead other traders.
6. Also I will echo the PA fees are for once you qualify. You have the option to select a one time fee payment of $150 (currently on sale) or a $88 monthly PA fee.
It seems like your issue is; cost. Which is totally fine, we are glad you have a budget. But it seems that your complaint is that you can’t order anything you want from the menu and that’s your problem. We have options for all traders at all budgets, but obviously those products won’t all be the same.
Our focused is long term, we must calculate risk and price accordingly while keeping only ONE rule intact.
We do not want to add more rules.

Exceptional Customer Service
I moved to Futures trading after having traded FX for 3 years. I first experienced the Futures market with Apex Funding and I wasnt pleased with my experience there. After researching other platforms online I came across Leeloo Trading.
My experience has been extremely satisfying!
