Traders contact our support team every day regarding data, platforms, or account questions — that is completely normal and always allowed. In your case, you submitted a formal complaint about market data and requested a reimbursement. Although market data is provided by third-party vendors and outside of our direct control (as outlined in our Terms of Service), we chose to issue a full refund for your invoice as a goodwill gesture due to your dissatisfaction. When a refund is processed, the associated account is automatically closed. That is standard policy tied to refunded accounts. The closure was directly connected to the refund request — not to the fact that you contacted support.
