Chris and Leeloo support went above and beyond: So, I had this interruption while making a lifetime PA fee and the payment did not went through the Credit card company. Leeloo did not receive the payment, but Credit card charged me the fee. When I contacted the credit card company to refund, credit card company misguided me to raise a dispute to get the refund. Without doing more due diligence I raised the dispute claim and Leeloo was penalized. There was a whole lot of confusion regarding this. Ultimately Chris the CEO, took out sometime from his busy schedule and gave me a call personally to resolve this issue. Not only he helped me to resolve this issue, in addition he waived off the PA activation fee. Basically, I received a lifetime PA funded account for free. I am so grateful to Chris and Leeloo for this gesture and their support in resolving this confusion.

What can I say about Chris and the team at Leeloo? Fantastic people with a fantastic product. I made a mistake and cancelled the data feed on my PA account... I was a bit panicked knowing that on my expiration date my PA and all my earnings would disappear... I reached out to support and they walked me through the process and it was flawless in its execution... I am back up and running with no trading time missed... What more could you ask for?

I've been working with Leeloo Trading now for a little over two years. As an independent retail trader, navigating the futures markets can be a daunting task. Even with a proven track record and strong system, more times than not, the test in trading always comes before the lesson itself. Leeloo understands this and it's no surprise given the amount of time and dedication that their CEO, Chris spends making certain that each and every one of us is valued, heard, understood and taken care of on a consistent basis. His vision for Leeloo and passion for both his internal employees and independent trading partners is absolutely incredible. As a business owner who runs multiple companies, I can honestly say that Chris doesn't just go the extra mile for the cause, he stretches above and beyond to not only meet but exceed all expectations set forth. A few days ago I made a very critical error that cost me my PA accounts. I was not in the right frame of mind, deviated from my trading plan, made a critical error in my position sizing rules and paid a hefty price for it. Though the option to reset a PA account versus going back to square one comes with an incremental cost that needs to be taken into consideration by each trader on a per case basis, just having this option readily available coupled with the leadership and mentorship of Chris and his support team to get the PA's back up and active in an expeditious fashion is simply remarkable. This is just one of many incredible experiences I have had and will continue to have with Leeloo. Chris's servant leadership style coupled with his unwavering work ethic is one of many reasons why Leeloo is and will continue to be my primary capital funding partner of choice. Thank you Chris and the rest of the Leeloo Team for cultivating such strong strategic partnerships with each and every one of us! This is only of beginning of great things to come and I look forward to embarking on this incredible journey with the best and strongest capital funding partner in this industry!
