LedneonsReviews of ledneons.com

LED Neons is the best! They are fast and efficient!! I chatted with Mark about a project I needed quickly. He told me that he would get right on it even though he couldn’t promise me my sign would get to me by my aggressive deadline. I went ahead and took a chance and it was delivered in time! Customer Service top tier! I would recommend 10/10!

My experience with LedNeon was very good. I am extremely happy, they are quick to respond with change suggestions, good customer service, professional, and produce a very good product. Nothing could be improved upon. I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Super Happy with my sign. Needed this done as soon as possible and it came 3 days earlier which let us get started on our project on time. Thank You so much. Will be ordering again soon.

Our experience was beyond phenomenal. We reached out to them, provided our logo design, received a response quickly with mockup of exactly what we wanted and we saved $400+ from a previous quote. The package arrived a few days later than what LedNeon and ourselves expected due to the carrier but the wait was well worth it. Oh and I cant forget about their customer service...beyond GREAT!!!!!! They were so patient with me with all my questions/concerns as they reassured me that everything would turn out like we wanted. Again they were so right. Thanks again, we will recommend you time after time.

I just posted a 1 star rating…. I am very regretful for doing that….( I was mad because my neon arrived broken) my apologies… it was a transportation mishap. I emailed customer service, and they took care of everything… they have a great team! I would give them 10 stars, for being patient with someone that jumped to the worst possible conclusions…. Thank- you for your patience and virtue! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doing a whimsical remodel of my basement and the LED sign I bought exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!!!

I received my Neon Sign and it Absolutely Beatiful!! Delivery was quick, price was reasonable, sign was made perfectly. My best friend saw it and wants to order a sign now!

I was looking into getting a custom neon sign of my logo. I was new to this, so it was important to know what I would be getting. I reached out to a few different vendors and LedNeons responded quickly and left little to the imagination. They sent me a link to a product page with a photorealistic image of my logo. I was impressed. They were not the cheapest of the bunch, but their communication and the concept image gave me confidence that I helped me decide to go with them. (With this type of thing, I imagine, you get what you pay for)I got my led sign quickly and could not be happier!
